Application for Members Login password will be at the sole-discretion of FBJ Bearings and its distributors and subjected to approval upon your full submission of registration details.

Enquiries on products via the form on Enquiry Page will be delivered to FBJ Bearings as well as the Distributor that is appointed for the specified region.

A sales transaction is only valid when an official Sales Confirmation issued by FBJ Bearings or its appointed distributor to any sales enquiries with the offered/agreed/accepted price, ex-stock quantity, backorder quantity, shipping terms, payment terms and other miscellaneous cost are accepted by both parties.

No sale/purchase or expression of intended/confirmed purchase in any form will be valid until an official Sales Confirmation with the purchase detail is issued by FBJ Bearings or its appointed distributors is accepted.

For indent of new or non-available item, the Minimum Order Quantity would have to be fulfilled and a non-refundable deposit of not less than 50% of the total price agreed would have to be paid to FBJ Bearings or its respective distributor in order to exercise the indent.

The agreed Terms and Conditions attached with each sales transaction to a customer will be at the discretion of the appointed FBJ Bearings distributor conducting the transaction.

FBJ Bearings and its distributors will not be liable or held responsible for any direct or indirect business transactions or dealings between its affiliates on this website with any person, company or organization.

FBJ Bearings takes all necessary actions and attempts to update the product description, technical information, online stocklist and respective FBJ Bearings distributor's pricelist to maintain their accuracy to the fullest in terms of product descriptions and technical information, available quantity and latest selling price.
